Okay so after reading through this thread I finally got to give mine a go, and it's not fixed, and tbh quite strange...
Passenger side:

Drivers side:

Got mine yesterday, better than I expected! Really glad I won now. Unfortunately probably going to have to wait until next week to use the products though... are we meant to be reviewing both products or just the one?
It's all pretty stupid but at the end of the day I'm just glad it's only cost me £13 for another 12 months piece of mind (nothing related to the above)
Another thing I was a bit worried about was my smaller number plates and that I took the headlight washers off... but no problems there :)
Yeah these were only advisories as you say, no problem with the garage at all, been using them for years... I'm laughing at the regulations not the garage.

Would this be the same method for the drivers side? Have a leak too although not as bad as yours. Also, you said you're going to order new clips... where from? Always breaking mine!
I got my CRX resprayed in a new colour including inside the doors and repairing both bumpers for £550 (not engine bay though) I'm not gonna say it was the ultimate paint job but it was damn good and still looked like the day I got it back when I sold it 4 years later.
Shop around!
I still think the Peugeot looks the best of them all, but unfortunately it's not getting the best reviews compared to the Fiesta (which is growing on me slightly)
Think of Windows 8 as that annoying stage when you're growing your hair when you can't quite style it yet... they're pushing forward for Modern UI to be the only way there is. If they cut desktop out at this stage it would be even worse. So, it's a necessary evil I think.
Saying that, I have no...
