you can buy them premade...........just all depends what seats you want and if you want them to slide etc........as mine are fully fixed............

basically when you take original seats out, the mounts are attached to the seat, and the runners to the car...........which is no good for buckets....... because the seats are side mounted, you have to get sidemounts.......but these need something to attach to, a subframe............ subframe...

not 172/182 like, but......... £250 for the pair off ebay, then had to buy sidemounts and harnesses, and have subframes made for the car.......worth it tho imo
