Sorry i asked :S What rating of resistors do i need then ? Are the ones i have suitable ? As one person says to use on rating and someone else says to use another rating.

Did you put any resistors in the grey block ? What size of resistors did you use ?

Thats why I bought 3.3 ones. I've not heard of anyone using 2-2.5 ones. I will double check them later. Maybe I will have to get 2-2.5 ones :dapprove:

After buying 3.3ohm and 3.9ohm resistors (3.6ohm ones were out of stock)from Maplin and following various guides on here. My airbag light still won't go off. The wires under the passenger seat used to turn the light off if you wiggled them. But fails to do it now, and I thought resistors would...

Anyone any ideas ? I cannot find all the torques i require.

Does anyone know what size the water pump bolts are on a 172 ? Does M7 ring any bells ? Mine are made of cheese and aren't looking too great for reuse.

Cheers guys I did wander, as my engine/gearbox is all bolted up with no bolts missing. Even all my mounts have their bolts.

Cheers Rob My cambelt cover/upper engine mount is still attached to the engine with the three said bolts.

Luckily i had one, only the froggies would fit bolts in that tight a space

I thought i'd try, to see if someone knew. If nobody knows, time will tell when i refit the engine. It will become obvious what goes where :)

I have a few loose bolts from my engine bay. They were removed on removing the engine and gearbox over a year ago I'm buggered if I know where they came from. Anyone any ideas ?

I was wandering what the ball park figure is to buy a Cup alternator setup second hand to allow you to remove air conditioning ? Anyone ideas ? The setup would have the following Cup Alternator All the brackets required including bolts And the power steering pump

After five mins of searching I still haven't found a definitive answer. What type of coolant should I use in my 172 when I refit the engine and gearbox ? I have heard its Renault Type D I need. Unsure of spec this is though. Wouldn't the Halfrauds, Comma etc suffice if the system is flushed...
