Ive got a black ph1 172 now on turini's. Lived at storthes 2005 + 2006, had varous cars including a blue mk1 clio 1.8 16v and a blue A3 1.8t on tt alloys, duno if any of you saw either of them Chrispy.clio? How come ur selling ur clio jo3?

saw it again on properly on monday night, need to slam it on coilies + take that horrid exhaust off otherwise its quality!

a williams will hammer a 106 gti in every respect apart from 0-60 as it has to go into 3rd. But as soon as its in third it will pull right away from a 106. you'd be able to pick a 106 up cheaper tho id imagine, and probably be able to find a better nick one.

i got 140mph [gps] out of mine, read just under 150mph on the clocks! Interesting to see that it would ony go to 132mph gps with ron95, but pulled easily all the way to the limiter with ron99. So yes the fuel does make a difference! All carried out on a test track of course!

I've been thinking about this also. Although i did have an idea about turning the airbox so the inlets pipes faced upwards, and then fitting a small celica gt4 style vent in the bonnet like on the st205 [not a chavy one] which would connect to the airbox. That way in theory you should get air...

I need to get my new wheels bored out from 57mm to 60.1mm to fit my 172, anyone know where i can get this done? preferably huddersfield/leeds area. Cheers Sam
