You can get clip on harnesses that attach to eyelet bolts that screw into the seatbelt holes. You'll need high tensile bolts to attach the subframe to the car. Minimum of 8.0 tensile, but 10.9 or 12.9 if you can.

They just pop out. You may need to use something as a bit of leverage.

I had one like that on my old 1.2 years ago. Heated it up and got a suction cup on it and most of it pulled out. You can't make it any worse doing that, put it that way.

If the paint isn't cracked and it's not too creased, it will pull out.

Get yourself some Autosmart G101, it's a multi-purpose degreaser. That'll clean them up nicely. To protect the AST's, something like GT85 spray will do the job.

How come they mount in a different way? The whiteline mounts to the lower shock bolt, whereas the Pure Motorsport one mounts to the beam swivel point. Is the flex/roll not at the point of where the shock is?

Well I went for it and installed it on my Nexus 5. A few little differences but nothing much and I can't say as I've noticed a better battery life yet. We'll wait and see how it performs.

Less than 75c is max 6,700rpm 75c+ is 7,000 or 7,200rpm depending on gear.

If it's a standard car, the ecu will run the car richer as it thinks it is colder, to try and get it up to temp. That could ruin your cat. I'm not sure what other effects it will have on the engine.

If you are doing anything other than racing, I wouldn't bother.

CL RC5+ for me. Had DS2500 and 3000 in the past but kept getting pad deposits on track, giving it the warped disc feeling that I couldn't get rid of. You don't get that with CL's.
