Level the bracket off if you can.
Don't tighten that top nut too tight either, just enough until the washer on top stops spinning.
The bushes shouldn't look crushed.
I think you're getting coolant and air con mixed up.
The coolant in the header tank is for the engine only, not the air con system.
The air con is a pressurised gas system so they don't leak liquid as such, the condenser unit does drip condensation though.
If your coolant level is going down...
That's the bumper bracket bolt. It won't be anything to do with your problem.
Need the wheel off really as it's straight in front of you as you look at the wheel face
I'd say through the wheel arch was best.
You can do a test though and get a jump lead and connect it from the negative battery terminal to somewhere like the engine hoist hook on top of the engine.
If it still doesn't start then the earth strap isn't the cause.
