Looks good mate! As you have said though, using less polish will reduce the splatter. After the pad is primed, 3-4 pea sized blobs of polish would be about right.

What about the car?

Use the tape to mask off black plastic trim so that you dont get polish on the trim. Mask off edges that you have already done so that you dont polish over that area again. Can also use it for dividing panels into sections so that you can polish small areas at a time as you wont want to be doing...

Seems a logical idea, don't block/cover the air intake/vents though :rasp:

Can hardly hear it over the exhaust though! Came screaming past us on the way to Le Mans

I'm still waiting to hear off CYC too. I ordered some stuff back in January... yes January. I've sent numerous emails including confirmation of order and Paypal transaction confirmation. Only ever had one reply saying he would look into it. Doesn't look like i'll be seeing that order :(

That is the menzerna rotary kit... They do it as a das-6 pro kit too, but for the price i'd go for the rotary. Gally has used one and said they're good, i trust his judgement

£4 for the two. They're fcuking awkward to get to as well. Especially the drivers side one with the air con pipe and screen wash pipe in the way Definitely mechanical mate, almost like someone is knocking underneath the car!

Feel it when your in the front passenger and driver seat. Almost sounds like its coming from under where the centre console is

Yeah, sounds like metal on metal tapping. Sounds like it's coming from under the middle of the car. Maybe the exhaust possibly do you think?
