A lad at work added 200g to the wheel on my old 940 as a joke,
When he asked next day if the car drove OK I just said perfect mate, why ?

Dear ***********
Only the VR2 retread has met the criteria to be included on List 1B...
Velocity would be lower but cfm would be higher, I wondered if the larger port would compensate for the lower velocity air where the port was dimpled around the valve stem area and so improving overall flow

That basically,
D24 = VW engine in your car
10mm plunger = ultimately how much fuel the pump can deliver
Daf 45 = 7.5 ton lorry made in Holland
6BT = Engine fitted to above...
I think these D24's Pump's had a 10mm Plunger anyway Craig,
If you want serious amount of coal bolt on the pump from the DAF 45 / Leyland Roadrunner which were fitted with the cummins 6bt they were a Bosch VE and were 6 pot.
Top money saving tip:
When the weather gets too cold to run Veg oil, thin it down with red diesel  ___________ :car:________:policecar::policecar::policecar::policecar::policecar:________
what fuel pump do these run? Bosch?

I wouldn't cut threads into the bolts, High tensile are normally manufactured with a rolled thread rather than a cut thread for strength,
Just order bolts
If you're really bored you could have a look at this, it's the ''Cat of D's''

Basically you CAN'T be given a defect notice by VOSA or Fuzz at the roadside if it doesn't appear in this literature, they...

the new regs that come in on the 20th of may are more to hammer diesels than anything else
