30mm is ok but it depends on what you think really
mines getting lowered 60mm next week
look through pictures of the clios on here and see how much they have been lowered by and then make your decision. thats the best way!
it wont rub i dont think people on here will tell you because they have actually done it! most people have 40mm some have more like 60 on coilovers. then the user f0xy is in a different league lol try and find his project thread because when i read it he must have lowered it about 10 different...

like this one^^
some one in the projects section had a valver/172 project and they only had two pins on the bumper. look through to try and find it then ask them about it.
just get subtle mods thats what its about i changed my repeaters the other day its well easy and make the car looks loads better.
imo just get 172 wheels and lower it.
then just stuff like clear side repeaters, dynamique spoiler and it will look a million times better
dont know about cup splitter but mine was held on with staples.
spoiler is easy to remove as above but theres a guide if people really dont know what a screwdriver is!
megs all purpose cleaner and a nail brush is what i would use.
if its really bad i read that you can extend them out and leave them to soak in a bucket of water!
make sure the resivour is full
sick a pin down the jets and blow them out with an airline
make sure there is no kinks or leaks in the tubes.
if all these are done then it could be the pump
