I love driving in the highlands, got a holiday booked for early summer in Aviemore. Problem is I'm taking a caravan, a wife and two kids, still I know I'll enjoy it.
didn't some recent Peugeot's go through a spate of setting themselves on fire, I think it was either 406' or 206's. I saw that ginger haired b**ch on about it on watchdog a few years ago.
On mine if you looked under the dash on the drivers side there was an open slot about 2 inch by 4 inch. I presumed that it should have had a cover if some kind (I never got round to fixing it). I first noticed it on mine when I drove to Newquay, I set off at midnight and was wearing shorts and...
I've had this and had a thread about it some time ago. Mine looked like it had a infill plate missing from up behind the dash, didn't half give a draft when it was cold outside.
drive's only big enough for two cars and we've got two already.
I've got a feckin conservatory stopping me putting a garage back up. Good luck anyway...
When do you get the sunflower.

PX'd Silver GT3 (put in remaining equity of that car) added £15,000 deposit. Paid an extra £1152 on debit card and borrowed £100,000 on Porsche finance.
Monthly payment of £1280.71 over 48 months.
List price was £135,276 but he added quite a few extras (over...
as said before, a couple of months ago there was a breakdown in Evo of what deposit he'd paid and what the monthly figures were (and the final ballooooon payment).
That write up did lead you to believe it is his car, I don't know what he claims (or claimed) back off Evo.
There was a thread not too long ago about headphones. My lad has got some urban ears - nice and comfy with good quality sound, although they were £50..
working for myself I use my car for going to meetings etc, one previous job was a large sports hall development at an expensive private school in Rutland. The architect (I have to work closely with them due to my job) was a large London outfit and I had regular meetings on site with them and the...
I got my first 205 gti at 32 and got a 172 at 36. Could have gone out a got a much newer and bigger car but didn't want one plus i hate losing money on cars. My cars prior to the 205 were family orientated while the kids grew up. The 172 only went because we bought a caravan (after 10 years of...
I take this approach, I'm always surprise how many times I can predict what someone's going to do before they do it. Then if they nearly crash into me and I press the horn the clueless look they give does wind me up.
Too many people don't take any pride in how they drive. I agree bad driving...
for a daily driver mine would be
standard bodywork
decent size wheels - prefer OEM looking wheels.
good stance - not too low though.
OEM looking replacement front seats
rest of mods being mechanical...
for a sunday best car (showing off car) or track car it would be different.
