To be honest - i'm biased towards the Golf over the Audi... I used to work in an Audi Dealership for quite a while and TT's were the Bread and Butter of the workshop, My golf I had was reliable as hell!

OK, here's the deal... My advise is to leave it just as it is - no Mods required and get used to driving in general. You will soon see how magnetic the car is to police, how good of a driver you'll think you are and just how bad others can be. But for goodness sake - don't be a tarmac chavver!
