If the spacer has a chamfer on both sides of where it passes over the spigot, then yes they are fitted correctly. If not it needs swapping over so the chamfer is on the face of the disc.

Yeah give it a shot mate. Just make sure the pulley locking tool is tight and the cam locking tool isn't bent after you've tightened up the pulley nut/bolt.
This is 100% correct. The horseshoe is only there to set the cams in the correct position. It's the idiots that think they can loosen/tighten the cam pulley nut/shifter bolt that run into trouble and bend the tool.
I'm assuming that the video isn't picking up the sound in its full on noise mode? Or is it as loud in the car as the video is showing?
If it's the latter it's nowhere near as bad as I thought!
