They're fine on track on standard suspension. They have more to offer than most people are prepared to take handling wise. Money is far better spent on lines, fluid...
We were doing nothing illegal. We were there with the land-owner himself so no problem there.
In my opinion, the only thing they could do us for would be excessive noise.
But there's only ever one car going, and it's a long strip. Can't see then getting anything from that.

Was great fun swapping 1/100ths back and forth Paul.
These two stand out for me, PaulJ with a whiff of opposite lock, and Saner with the freedom of the best part of 1km of runway to himself to play on.
There was a "Safety" camera/CCTV police van parked obviously almost right opposite the entrance for an hour or so, then it snuck off, and hid at...

Goodwood's fine...just very fast with not too much run-off. They resurfaced the entire loop 18 months ago and in dry warm weather on track rubber the grip is immense. That's the only time when I've found...
Yeah, I was clenched up all the way through that :eek: - but that's what happens when I chase after people like you in Caterhams. I learnt from it though so it was a worthwhile experience LOL
