I'd get them from Renault mate, there's a guy on here isn't there? Check the traders section. My experience of pattern wishbones and bushes is that they are usually worse than the old ones you take off!
Take it to a garage and never touch it again! If you can't change an interior bulb without damaging something, you really shouldn't be let loose on anything else!
nah just kidding, something must have shorted out, have you checked all the fuses etc? it also sounds like the interior light...
The nose of the car is in a grey colour instead of gloss black, I think the rear diffuser got the same horrid treatment also (and maybe some interior parts)
Of course it's just my opinion, and you may actually like it!
It's a full fat with cup pack mate.
It has climate control, which you can't get on a cup. Also it has colour coded rub strips and the line of stitching at the top of the steering wheel.
Don't buy it though, it's got the awful graphite pack (or whatever it's called)
Lol, this is 100% correct!
I used a dremmel with a small cutting disc on mine. I had some redesigned ones to go in (held in place with an R clip rather that the spring mechanism on the originals)
For a 1.2 i'd just get a pattern one from a local motor factors to be honest. I can't imagine they would be cheap from Renault, probably end up being worth more than the car!
I'm 30 (well I will be tomorrow) and I have an R27.
I was 21 before I had a proper hot hatch, I got my Punto GT and Golf VR6 a week after my 21st birthday. I used to pay about £1,100 to isure both.
It amazes me when you see 18 year olds in 1*2's. The insurance must be higher than the value of...
Me neither, Renault recommend the 5w 40 Elf oil (it's also what they sell). It's not expensive from them either, I paid £30 odd quid for 6 litres (1 x 5l and 1 x 1l top up pack)
Just a quick pointer - That's not RAM. The iPhone 4s has 512mb of RAM, that doesn't change on any of the models above.
Think of it in PC terms. Your PC might have a 500gb harddrive for storage, and 4gb or RAM, 2 very differnet things.
All the 197s and 200s (bar CUP only models) feature Renaults keyless entry and go system. As long as you have the key with you you can open the door and start the car with the start button.
Xenons are the best headlights, then projectors, then the standard headlights.
With the Recaros -...
I paid £5,950 for my R27 4 - 5 months ago. I was well chuffed!
Ok so it's done 57k, the wheels wanted a refurb, and it's got 3 ditch finders on it but the way I look at it is - I couldn't afford to pay the 8k that low mileage minters are fetching, but £175 for the wheels, and £400 for some...
Climate was an option, as were projectors and xenons. I don't think the cup spoiler was available when the R27 came out, so if it has one it's likely to have been fitted afterwards. Recaros were standard, however keep your eye out for wear on the bolsters, this can be fixed relatively cheaply...
