Yeah, the genuine MAF was £100 or so, in other words, quite a bit to drop on a car you punted on for only 3.5 times the price!

MAF Sensor maybe? I had issues with mine a while back, wouldn't see above 60mph, and rubbish MPG's. Not that it matters, given you've chopped it in! Once we finish up moving house, we'll be getting rid of ours too, I should think.
