you have to take the bumper off to fit new headlamp washers, yes. the headlamps don't have to come off for it though i dont think! also LED sidelights are ok, but can't really see them through the day, moreso at night.

i know what you mean - i took mine off last night but have no idea how to get it back on, though i think i need it back on :(
