You have to get the two clips out as far as you can and then use a screwdriver or something (and a lot of force) and they eventually come off... quite a pain but nothing should break if you do it right!

It's a b*****d when you first do it. You'll see that theres two metal bits that are together, one's attatched to the light and ones part of the holder... just pull them apart using the metal (with force) and it'll come out. Hope you understand haha :)
