Hi, anyone know the capacity of the cooling system on a 1.2 16v? Doing a coolant change for the winter and need to work out how much anti-freeze I need to use.

always wondered that myself but probably because all the older 1.1 106 and saxos are slow, so the 1.2 sounds more powerful, just a thought?

ive not got a clue as im no good with the mechanical side of cars but could the water be condensation from the air con ive heard about that? i think the brake fluid is on the left side of the enigne bay right up the back at the bulkhead

what a gay, dont get lexus lights theres nothing wrong with the standard ones. they look s**t imo

its possible on pre 2005 cars (i think that was the ones) with an adaptor but think it costs about £30-£40

my 2002 1.2 16V engine is at 120,000 miles and starts just as quick and sounds pretty much identical to my mums 8,000 mile 05 1.2 16V extreme :) only thing thats been replaced was a new clutch

ment to say same set up they use on the 1.4 16V and 1.6 16V (why dont we get to edit?)
