I have the Dension DMP3-A which is a separate hard disk unit that runs through the CD changer interface. I find it great, allows me to fit all my tunes on with ease (80GB disk at the moment) and can use them in the car, on the pc, or through the stereo. Some pics...

Agreed, replaced my fronts with EBC Standard (Blackstuff?) ones from Motorsportworld. They are the same as the K-tec Kevlar pads I believe. Yet to test them properly, but they seem better than the originals which I thought were pretty good anyway. One advantage is there is much less brake...

A work mate was looking at Land Rover Discoverys the other day on Parkers. A 2 year old (4.0 V8 Auto) that would have cost £34,490 new would be worth £13,865 part ex value :confused:. More than 20k lost in just 2 years..... Madness.

Bad luck mate, sounds like youve had more than your fair share of problems with that thing. Id say dump it at your dealers and kick up a fuss, but no sure how much good that would do you.

I would say put the standard bonnet back on and sell the carbon one separatley, but if the standard one would need painting then thats going to wipe out what youd get for it.

Had the same with my 172 when it was a couple of weeks old. Stoped doing it for about a year and has now started doing it regularly again now. Will be getting it checked at service next month.

Yep, always had this with my 172. Interestingly it seems to have gone away since I put the RSport ECU in. Presumably this is a little less concerned with emissions and doesnt run so lean when cold?

I have a couple of marks that were left by poop that had been only a couple of hours, but they arent that noticable luckily. A work mate with a Pug 307 took 2 days to get chance to get some poop off and it stripped the laqcuer and cracked the paint leaving the primer showing through...

Same here. I used Texaco once and never again. Car ran very rough, and I spent the whole week stalling :oops:. Thought it was just me being crap, but it was a completely different car when i filled up again. Generally use Shell, but never really noticed much difference on the odd time I use...

Hi Mike, Checked parcel shelf, still does it without that in, so probably is rear shocks. Cant remember if its only done it since i put the Eibach springs on, pretty sure it was doing that before then though. Ill have to be brave enough to let someone else drive it down a bumpy road...

Well done on getting the Cup mate, I get the same thing in my 172, have had it for about 6 months now, but its steadily getting more annoying. Same place as you, driver side at the rear over bumps. Sounds like ive got a bloody budgie on the back seat...... :@ I thought it was the rear seat...
