I forgot to measure my original drop on sportlines, now I'm on coilovers I want to get it roughly the same again.
172 on 16" turinis and 195's for reference.
I know they'll all be a little different so I'm hoping for a few to take an average. Front only please!
Ta!
Just buy new ones you cheapo's!
You've only just noticed in what 5 years? Buy a new set, by the time you notice again you'll have probably sold the car anyway :)
Re: Iceberg 172 Cup Project
I think they're slightly smaller the newer wheels, I like the look of them.
I also like the Sabelt wheels but I reckon they'll be bollocked soon enough!
I know its not what you want to do but if it was my cash if you desperately had to do it I'd buy a rep, run it for two years THEN get a sport - you'll have saved so much money in those few years you could probably skip the 1*2 completely and end up with a 197!
It might be just me but unless I've known a car I buy for a while it's irrelevant to me if it's had it's belts done or not in the book I ALWAYS shell out and have them done.
All turinis will fit all 1*2 Variants.
The widest will be the aftermaket ones, then the cup ones, then the trophy.
If you're planning on doing some stupid lowering then the trophy ones would be the best bet.

I've been tempted myself to change all the hoses, I can see as youy say a couple of them being a pain when everythings in situ.
