I guess get a higher rate in case he does. Assuming pcs of any budget work well with a higher Hz monitor?.

What's it going on?. If it's a console they cap the refresh at 60. So no point getting a higher refresh rate unless looking at the new console's?

Lad I know of who YouTube's plays with the Samsung ue50 28" TV and rates it. £200 ISH.. That looks ok tbf. Suprised it has a response time of 1ms.
