I'm not sure how it would make a difference really? I could never tell the difference when running odd or same all round and I have ABS and ESP. I'd say the difference would be far worse if say you had cheap s**tty 205 on the front and good 205 on the rear.

Rubbish, I've been running 205's front and 195's rear for months then changed them round so the 205's are on the rear. Makes sod all difference imo.

If you go for the Mini be prepared for BIG fuel bills. Don't think my brother ever got more than 25mpg out of his. As for performance it was only a smidge slower than my 172. Was fun to drive but felt heavier imo, they're also very common.

Will be £64 for yours and yes they sand blast remove kerbage.... They don't do the center caps and it is another £40 to have your tyres removed, refitted, ballanced and put back on the car at a place just down the road. Was a very good service for the money....

I disagree about the 5pm meets. Last one was a little late in the year but in summer nothing wrong with them imo. It needs a bit of both like the last few being earlier... Colton isn't a bad meeting point for North/West Yorkshire meets, but there is nothing wrong with people suggesting meets...

It might make a decent weekend meeting point sometime. The road to swinsty resovouir via Norewood/Farnley is quite good. I imagine there's a few other good roads in the area.

For info I got mine done the other week at Cas Coatings. Tyres off, refurb and powder coating then tyres back on and balanced for £104 and they did a top job. They're at the Leeds side of Braford
