    yeah you need to have the exhaust adjusted, its sitting too close you can buy replacement bits from renault

    not really, i can get them, i know a fella that works for them, but don't really get a massive discount, you can normally negotiate a bigger discount from one of the shops for recaros

    too much!!!! do it yourself, its a 30min job (they have a 72000mile service interval for the plugs BTW)

    yeah just use nuts and bolts and washers, DON'T use self tappers, they're not stong enough IMO

    yep my mechanic mate neil (he's mobile too!!) he used to be a mechanic for one of the teams back in the old clio cup days when they raced the valvers, he knows them inside out!!!!

    Its down to driving sytle also with our track kit you'll go through 2 sets of discs to 1 set of pads

    whats the filter outlet diameter??? (it should be 70mm for a 172 i think) hillpower = about £50

    yeah yoz has them on his cup as well, they're very good, but will be much better when the rear is about 30mm lower, i've had his car all week, it handles not bad, room for improvement though

    Bilstein pick and mix matty, they use Eibach on most of their race/custom stuff springs a spring and a dampers a damper LOL!
