put your hand down the back of the bench (bit where your arse goes, by the seat belt clips) and pull it up and towards you, then give the bench (its a split rear seat) a bit of a woble forward and back and itll lift up and out (its in the hand book i think)

just take the tyres to a local tyre place and get them fitted!!!! Sometimes theyll tell you to piss off (happened to me yesterday, they wanted £20+VAT to fit EACH tyre!!!!!!) Or they happily take your money (cost me £10 a corner to have them fitted and balanced)
