I dont think it would inflate, cos the air can escape back down the funnel cos theres nothing to stop it. Your mouth stops the air escaping out the end of the baloon when you blow it up. The baloon would take shape though, as if youve just started to blow it up if you get what i mean???

Sounds painful though!!! It dangerous playing with compressed springs, i had a run in with one as wel!!! Oil was on the spring and as i compressed it tighter the compresser sliped and the srping nearly hit me in the face!!!!

IMO i think its better to lower the car. Even a 15mm drop youll notice less body roll and the car will feel stiffer on the road. It will handle better as well. The technical bods on here will go into details of Physics etc. The ride becomes less comfortable but you can wang it round roundabouts...

I wouldnt bother with the shocks, especially at that price!!! You can get coilovers for that price!!! What drop are the springs??? Pi + Spax do a 60mm spring kit for the clio which is what i have (Pi) and im using standard shocks
