I ran the powerflex mod over 2 years and on 10 track days. Not one issue, you just need to use manly cable ties.

Yeah that stuff would be fine but I'd be surprised if you need more than a few grams! Just a small tube will be more than enough.

I would take the shaft off, fully degrease the whole area and surrounding components and the splines on the box and inside the shaft. Put some thick cv grease (only a smear) inside the shaft and put it back on.

Dimma kitted cars are heroic tbh. I had a panique kit for my mk2 fiesta but never fitted it.

Looks great in red with the black roof. I like the wheels too. Definitely change the side vents for carbon if you can or get them painted. Darker ones would look much better.
