See I get the dash comments if that's what your into. It's far from the top of my list when looking for a car. I'm thick so simplicity is key. But everyone's different, thankfully.
Give it a good blast, within speed limits obvs ;). Keep an eye on the coolant as that's a give away. Also check the heating inside the car, make sure it's warm air.
I've been away and then back to clios, down to just wanting a change of face really. But pound for pound as gets mentioned a lot they are hard to beat. But if you fancy a change why not
The Clio will be worth, not a huge amount in the grand scheme of things. Could you afford to keep/justify having two cars? I have albeit two bloody clios lol. One is a standard ish cup the other my track/weekend blast car, best of both worlds tbh
Will stick some before and after pics. Tbh I'm not holding out much hope. My expectations of having gleaming lights are slim. There's more chance of spitting my dummy out and launching the polisher. Then realising it's not mine and would have been cheaper to just buy new ones, lol.
Fair enough ref rb. So what its a tad over priced. I assume you are going to keep it and it looks well maintained? Sometimes its not worth chasing that cheaper car mate, trust me.
Easily get something nice specced for that money. Although may not happen overnight as you found out allready. Id be looking for rb, but then I love that colour. Will let you know if anything crops up mate
