like i say i wont be using either of the two existing cogs, they are not right for the new setup.
the new setup will be driven by a stepper motor, so positioning of the tool under the spindle isnt an issue. i just need two cogs to fill a distance is 47mm
anyone fancy lending me a hand?
im looking to upgrade the auto tool changer on my cnc machine from a 6 station to an 8 station.

you cant see it very well as its a rubbish photo, but at the back just behind the green casing is a motor, this turns a cog...

getting the key card open was more difficult than desoldering the chip!
i would bet money this method would work on many other key cards and fobs. the only part of a key fob/card that holds information is the transponder. so move it and the required...
an 08 scenic is newer than a 182! the newest 182 is 55
the transponder was soldered, i had to desolder from my key card and resolder onto second hand key card

i had a scenic key card that didnt work, purchased a second hand key card from ebay. i removed only the transponder from my key card and put it onto the second hand ebay one.

no word of a lie, the guy from autoglass got this stuff out, put a big blob on the sensor in stuck it on.
I asked what he was using and he was using that, he was a very helpful guy and said feel free to make a note of it. which I did, since he did mine over 2 years ago ive never had an issue...
