You found the map for 210? If you had taken my advice and paid to be a member you will have read the map is about £56 and to unlock a tuner is £29. To buy a tuner second hand is around the £100 mark which after you use it can sell and get your money back. So rough cost £90. So
£210-£90=£120...
Don't apologise mate this forum is a good un. Being a forum user as apposed to being a member I'm not sure you can use the search button? Pay the £12 membership mate and the advice you get will pay for itself by the end of the week :)
Oh and it's not the case of becoming a member and you will...
If your chasing numbers you will need to spend big pennies. I'd concentrate more on decent tyres, brakes and suspension, as these cars are at best in the handling department. I'd go down the route of a nice induction kit, you've got a good exhaust and go for an rs tuner map. Welcome btw :)

Speak to Keith (kpowell) off here ref the cpl reflash as he's had it done. I was very tempted but didn't think I would keep the car long so didn't bother, and as it happens didnt. I'm pretty confident any question you have can be answered on here :)
Re: 172 too civic type r
Agreed. I had the teg m and it was great. My only suggestion is get some money together and do what ever mods you want, exhaust, ik, manifold etc and invest in kpro etc. with out the map the only difference got will feel is in your head. Spend a load of money, obviously...
Re: 172 too civic type r
Nope that forum is s**t. You will get shot down big time for asking, best brakes, exhaust etc, dire forum. Ctro is miles better.
Be cheaper to import one lol. But yeah your probably right. I've been in one of those before and to this day I've not been in anything that accelerates quicker, just yes!!
