You're no doubt right. I've managed a fair few x10 combos and even got that x20 achievement when fighting those two blokes that Joker had just shot with the Titan toxin.
But I never really feel like I've contributed to that combination score - more like I just fluked it than anything. I'll...
About 45-50% the way through I think at the moment - just at that point after where you control Joker and then end up going against the Scarecrow on the roof-tops again.
Its certainly one of the most rewarding, yet frustrating games I've played in recent times. At some points, it's epic -...
Definitely pay the extra to goto 2GB - you can never (realistically) have too much memory.
I'm not really up to scratch with the netbooks, but MSI has been around for donkey's years - manufacturing motherboards and rebadging a fair few graphics cards. They should know their s**t by now...
I would - it would be my first port of call to sell it - unless I got a superb PX on my next car.
The fact is on here, many people can check and verify your threads about your car and can probably make a good judgement call on the way its been treated. It won't necessarily cover 100% of it's...
Did a quick search but couldn't find any thread on it. SCUMMVM is a front-end that allow various platforms to run some of the greatest games of the last generation. As per usual, the front-end is free to download (on whichever platform you want) but the games files aren't located here. ;)...
Hai! X
Yep - would have been me that. Came back later on and they had a fecking mobile speed camera via. Thankfully most people were warning traffic my side of the road to slow down. He did have a cracking position to catch 'enthusiastic' drivers, to be fair.... ;)

Great advice - if you manage to get hold of no other driver, make sure its a network one. Still get caught out with that at times, then you're relying on another PC to get the driver, USB stick transfer, etc.
I've personally found Win7 to be excellent at providing enough default hardware...
Lol - just what I was thinking. It's borderline pointless now, imo. It's been so dragged out, so over-hyped, that it will never be able to fulfill its potential.
Just how many years did players cry out for Gran Turismo on the PSP? And where did that piss-drip in the ocean of expectation end up...
I hate snobs - but this sounds like a deserving case of Put-Down. Anyone in the Wycombe area with a real V6 that can show them how its meant to look? ;)
D.
Hehehe - I know what you mean! But to be fair, the Win7 64-bit ones have been fine (for me anyway). On Vista-64? An absolute joke.
Apparently Auzentech are the dogs nutts when it comes to driver support, but I've never tried one of their cards.

Still worth a shot though - unless your GFX runs very hot? I've got my X-Fi sandwiched between the ATi 4890 above it and the AGEIA Physx card below it. Literally about 2mm clearance between the cards - lol.
D.
I'll give it a go with a gamepad then. I find them brilliant for things like Street Fighter 4, but I can't aim for s**t with a 1st/3rd person view on them.

You say there's no space for the PCI-E - do you have space for a standard PCI card?
I'm still using my X-Fi Fatal1ty on PCI and it still handles everything I throw at it, games wise. In fact, Total War : Napoleon has the option for creating a 300MB sound cache and supports 256-channels and its...
Had it for a while via Steam on the PC, but I'm only chipping away at it just now. Really liking it so far - pretty clever game design in some parts too. :)
Absolutely friggin loved this bit! :approve:
Just dealing with this bloke at the moment....
I must admit, the control...
Doesn't Airplane Mode stop it receiving calls completely though? The signal varies at either location - some days it's really bad and other days just mediocre. I wouldn't want to disable the phone completely - just a way to stop these bloody messages!
D.
I'll try and get a pic of it on the works phone - lol. Got me thinking that it could be a pure 3G issue. However, when it does say 'No Service' in the top left corner - that's when the message comes up. :(
D.
Jesus. For a few £hundred, I'd probably risk it. But for £1.5k?! I'd definitely get it to a specialist first. Just a pisser that it's fecking up the start of your new job. :(

By an annoying coincidence, the O2 signal at home is just as weak as it is in the office at work.
I'm well aware of this with various phones over the years, but the iPhone insists on telling that the 'Network Has Been Lost'. Yes, I know - I can see that. :( Seemingly I can only cancel the...
Haha! Seriously m8 - have a bit of a relax. I'm sure with all the eager attention that this game is getting, the demand (and sales) will still be there - regardless if it slips a bit in schedule.
After all, we're not talking about the likes of a GT5 rollout here, are we? ;)

Just a heads-up for anyone interested. On Steam they currently have Oblivion Game of The Year Edition Deluxe. This includes the original game, both expansions for it, plus the six or seven additional DLC packs from Bethesda that alone cost over $15 to download from their site.
Bit of a bargain...
