Possibly because Renault will only sell the whole hub assembly and not the lower ball joints seperate.
If this is the case OP, speak to R Sports in Wembley and they'll sell you the ball joints for £56 a piece (I think) and they can be pressed in.
All depends on the damage though.
Tyre foam is meant to go in to the tyre.. I have a dodgy feeling you've inhaled the can mate.
But yes, it's only to get you home/somewhere to get a new tyre, the same as a space saver would. It will ruin the tyre.
