I couldn't tell you without knowing what make/model it is. Does it not have "JVC" / "SONY" on the fascia? Or a model number on a sticker on the unit? If it hasn't got a make on the fascia or anything then it's probably some cheap chinese tat!

Hmm, I doubt it as it does look extremely dark but I couldn't give you a definitive answer as I'm not sure on the law of light tints.

6K is a very healthy budget for a 197 tbh @Chrisgti6 I paid shy of 5k for my 2007 on 56,000 miles a year ago!

My 197 is a 56 plate, although registered in January 2007 - I haven't had an issue with the gearbox at all.

They did mean the tyres AFAIK! Well, the valet/cleaning area has stages, so it was in the "jetwash part", they then moved it to a dry area which I saw and then moved another car in to the jetwash bit.
