umm ok could be an option ill look into it how would i get a wire into the rubber where the speaker wire goes? the bit that joins the car door with the body?

i was in a local garden centre weekend and when i got to the till they had a selection of torches on sale 30% off or something. anyway got a solid metal maglite style torch, takes 4x D batteries, for only £15. its all metal and very solid, very well made, water proof and has a focusable lens.

??? to lazy to go to a scrap yard.
