That's the thing, I can't even do that as you need a mouse to click "next" while doing the install.
Keyboard and Mouse are working in startup menu e.t.c, just stops working as soon as it gets to the windows screen to set it up.
I'm guessing USB host isn't on the install.
I've tried a PS2 keyboard.
They are turned on in BIOS.
And I can't install the drivers through USB as Windows isn't set up or configured yet.

It was running sluggish so I wiped it and stuck a fresh install of Windows 7 Home Prem 64 Bit on it.
