As above really. The ds2500's or one of my personal favs the carbone loraines rc5+. Perfectly fine for road use and upto the job on track too. What you dont want to do is buy something to save a few quid and then realise they arnt upto the job on the 'odd trackday'. Take into consideration also...

200 ish for the day, tank of fuel ish and any parts that you want upgrading before hand. Decent tyres, brakes, suspension ok, sorted. Best money you will spend IMO

I started off with a couple of bits and now have a small collection lol, so easy to do. Just bought a 1l bottle of the new srp and a applicator pad off my local autoglym rep, for the grand some of ten pound :)
