I tend to use a program called XnView - cracking piece of software. I tend to use it mainly for making images smaller (like ben) so I'm not sure it will do what you want it to. It's free though - so definitely worth a look! D.

SoF2 was one of my all-time faves when it came out. I played the online demo to death. At the time, I thought the mp_shop map was one of the best maps ever made.... Haven't played it for ages - I may even reinstall it at some point. Some great CTF games on there! D.
