the mounts in which the components will probley need cutting, the ts-q131c are like the originals and just fit in to place and the only other difference is that you will need the cut of the connectors of the wires the fit spade connectors. but you can buy these and theres no need for cutting...

Won't put the car in to limp but may just cause the engine light to come on, just buy a cheap diagnostic machine off eBay to turn it off, no need for remap either Just when your MOT is due you'll have problems unless you know any friendly testers

Depending how far you are from a garage or someone with a welder. Stick a bolt about the same size has the hole and weld the bolt to it and undo it like that
