Been a while since an update, and there's isn't a huge lot to report. I finished university which has been a big thing, with my graduation next month! 3 years has flown.
Car wise, I've got my hands on a scenic shifter which I'm going to modify into my own BMS style (Shorter shift, stiffen mod...
I went for the j & r ones which include the fitting cone. I'll let you know how I get on. Probably update my thread with it but it'll be Monday at the earliest.
Injected some grease into my boots as a precaution the the splits aren't huge or leaking grease badly.
Alright mate, i'll do it this way then, really don't want to drop my oil as it's not very old. Nearly pulled the shaft out when doing the balljoints before but manage to shift it back in without losing any oil.

These do?

Noticed a while back that I had tiny pin pricks in my CV boots on both sides, but had left it as it wasn't pissing grease out everywhere. Looked today though and there's a split in one boot now so wanting to change them. Are the universal cone ones off ebay okay to use?
Has anyone got a link...
Whilst on the hunt for a front end knocking I thought i'd try and eliminate the engine/gearbox mounts. What I found was that the engine mount bolts weren't torqued to 44nm and were actually fairly loose. The centre nut on the ktr also seems to have been missing its washer which has led to it...
A clear enthusiast vs a company that knows nothing about the car they're selling
'FRESHLY CUSTOM REMAPPED @ BLACKOUT-TUNING STAGE 2+ (cat deleted correctly etc) appx 200BHP'
An easy decision to make.
It's lemforder i've bought mate not the starline ones. All ECP ones say click and collect for the 30th but they say they have 2 in stock. Might just pop in tomorrow and see if they can sort me out.
