I've left it with them and told them to do what they think is best for Fast Road Use... Hopefully I'll get a Print OUt or something telling me waht everything is set at and I will take it for a Good Drive and Report Back to you.

I'm finally getting My Camber Bolts and Shims Fitted in the Morning by this place http://www.autotest.org.uk/ I'm thinking they will know the Settings that will be best for my car BUT just incase what do you recommend for a Fast Road Setup?? Thanks Andy.
