Anyone got any photos from Orford Ness?

That is ture about the ignition cycle & im going to clean the white plug in the fuse box this week. Have you any tips on cleaning the white multilplug,what to use on it? @bloke

I will look at the white plug this week or weekend,see how it is use the old WD40 on it.

A couple of weeks ago on the way home,about 5mins away from home my cup went into limp mode. Wouldnt rev passed 3k & not go much above 45mph. Once home turned engine off then on again and all was fine,a week or so after this i have had no limp mode,but then today it done it twice.Again turned...

Iv done the same today but to crappy lakeside with the missis. Thats what i like about the cup mondial,looks so nice once waxed and in the sun.But when its diry and dark looks not that great.

Yep mate me & mark @Dr Jekyll are in essex aswell as a few others,so i would say hour & half drive maybe 2hrs drive should be fine for all of us??..were sort a thread soon & get a date/place sorted for the summer months

Well ive just ordered the standard speakers you put a link up for,so have to see oce they come mate & sell the other speakers i will take out.

Also this is the multimeter i have,so the setting i need is 20v yep @Louis ?

What makes the orginal speakers so much better than any aftermarket ones?. I will look into standard front speakers & test the wiring.

Im not looking at spending loads & yep i agree i dont need coxial speakers being it has tweeters in the front,so just going to look for componet speakers or orginals maybe.Those speakers were already in mate i havnt fitted them @Goodj Thanks mate will look at doing that @Louis

Tweeters are working & no its from a New Kenwood headunit mate,not looking for major results just something bit better and set/wired up properly.

I bought one the other day,but then @Gus posted up a reply of what color is what. To be honest i dont know how to use the multimeter on how to check polarity,what setting to have it on??

So went out this morning to finish off the wiring. The person who owned the cup before me fitted 16.5cm speakers in the front and not wired properly as you can see,prob bit of a reason why it doesnt sound to right,being 16.5cm wont sit in the whole properly,so will be ordering some 13cm ones...

Thanks mate,im not getting rid of the Turinis as i do like them and not worth selling.I just fancy a bit of a change of look and the 2118s's suit the clio so much!. Also the ride is meant to be better on the 50 profile on 15's,so we will see. Im not planning on doing any other exterior...

Mine aint flawless mate but its well looked after and maintained,end of the day its an old car now.But im looking to get some body work done later this year then the 2118's!!!:grin:

Thanks @Gus i did search but obvs not well enough. Just bought an Multimeter from screwfix to,it will come in handy for the future,was only a tenner.

Isn't there an easier way mate please,like just take the speaker off and test the wires with a multimeter?. To be honest ive never used a multimeter so wouldnt know what setting to use Thanks tho mate for the reply
