Also i will Hopefully moving to dunmow soon,so be easier to pop over if need bite doing etc.
You could spray some silicone spray onto the belt then see if the squeak goes away or changes to defo rule out the belt,i did this and the noise stopped when i sprayed the belt.
It was just the belt in the end mate,i fitted one from ecp a couple of years ago and was ok,then replaced with a new one from ecp again then 6 months down the line kept having to adjust it as was squeaking.I actually replaced it today with an original belt and got to say the oe belt seems so...

Yeah defo mate,i thought that was a good price he gave and thats inc postage.
Still think to put a new metal pipe on instead as im sure it sounds better and flows better or 45 degree silicone bend.
So on the way to work this morning i gave it a bit of beans to see if any difference. To be honest theres not much difference,if anything i think its louder rasper with the metal pipe on,i was half asleep tho.So will test again on the way home, any how looks much better and a new filter rather...

I noticed that my induction system and filter started to look old and tatty,so i decided to buy a new set up.
