I think the rear windows not opening is because of the design of the rear arch / rear door. The window has "nowhere to go" so to speak. It's too big to drop down into the door.

Yep, it's later 172s and 182s that have speedo from the ABS rings. 03 onwards reg had rings I think.
Mine is a 02 plate so has speedo box. As Mark said, I had my setup swapped for a cup set up.

@MarcR™ I had my brackets machined quite a bit, and this is as good as I can get the pad swept area. On 280s obviously. Pretty much the same as Martins but I don't get the "rusty ring". Snigger.
I'm also running these on the flameshed in my Brembos.
They squeel when cold, but once upto temp the stopping power is impressive. I've done 3 trackdays in mine now, and not a sniff of fade!

Is about 15 - 20 per cent the normal loss from fly to wheel? If so, between 200 to 215bhp at the wheels is probably about right.
The 220lb ft of torque helps more :)
Thanks man, kind of you to say. That's what I was aiming for, a good track car, that works every time when I fire it up, and does the job on track in terms of the fun factor. Now that the initial capital outlay has been done cost wise, it's quite cheap to run on track tbh.
