    Rainx - its brilliant

And just to add, G5 is superb. Beading on the windscreen when stationary and it starts to move at about 25-30mph for me.

    Rainx - its brilliant

I think you're missing the point. When you say out performs, in what regard? G1 lasted almost two years on my car. And I say almost, only because it was removed and I applied G5 as my car rarely now goes above 40 due to living in London. The Halfrauds stuff will wear off in a fraction of the time.

    What have you ordered? *Detailing*

Nice haul buddy. Quick note, if the AG Wheel Cleaner is "Cleans Wheels" be careful as its acidic.

    best wax to use

Worth seeing if you can get a sample of Werkstat Acryllic Jett as it is superb on whites and silvers. Couldn't agree more, for an entry level £15 wax it out performs many more expensive waxes in both looks, durability and ease of use. Mr Barry R Gain.

Freezing? Never had freezing issues. Condensation, granted. Yet to try Fog Fight, but will be damn sure I test it on my bathroom mirrors before spreading it over my windscreen!

    SNOW FOAM :D

Megs Hyper Wash is still my fav, purely due to the dilution ratios and it being wax friendly. But having said that, if AF brought out a dilute-able Citrus Power (not heard good reviews about Avalanche in comparison to CP, cleaning ability wise), I'd soon change my mine. CP is such a good...

As per Gally's post, but also, did you see the DW thread about ClioSport? Not a case of one being bitter, but talk about holier than thou (and also being wrong).

    Removing Superglue

Neither am I mate, I'm afraid. But it is rectifiable. If it was mine, having tried the above, wet sanding and DA/rotary follow up would be my move.

    Removing Superglue

It's not going to pick away without taking clearcoat with it, Scottie, unfortunately.

    Removing Superglue

Heat is unlikely to affect it as most "superglues" are thermically bonding substances, are they not?

    Removing Superglue

No I'm not sure that it would but would always be my first port of call (not too aggressive and chemical cleaner that's safe on paintwork). Next step is a more harsh attack unfortunately, but without knowing your detailing background, Clart, I'd be concerned to suggested anything further. As...

Failing that, worth dropping by Russ@MidlandsCarCare as he's a great bloke and can advise further.

    Removing Superglue

I'd be looking at Tardis and IronX initially. If that doesn't shift it and you're a confident detailer, the next step would be wet sanding with >2000 with a block to ensure you're sanding with a flat face/surface to minimise surrounding damage, followed up by a finishing polish like Menz 85.

    Declaring Brake Pads

Out of interest Ollie (as my father is with them with several cars), what do you feel this affects? Granted my parents are a single case in tens of thousands no doubt, but with two accidents in their time with Admiral, they have been superb...? Not a gripe, just interested to hear your views.

Surely that must be a renewal, so how could they charge for a cancellation? Unless you missed the date and it rolled over...?
