My old boy's 68 & has had his 52 reg 172 since it was six months old. It's completely unmodified etc.

Not in one day as there would be too much to do, but a week ago.. Wheels refurbished. Replaced wheel bolts & lockers. Cleaned / de greased & sealed inside arches. Cleaned / de greased & sealed under the fish pond (front tray) Cleaned / polished & sealed inside the door shuts. Repainted & sealed...

That & folding the back seat down works wonders. Improves the aerodynamicz innit.
