No fella, either or. Basically rub it in and let it work in. Then remove it with a cloth, wash and then seal with one of the above products.
Think of it as a polish/paint cleanser, but for your plastics.
Yes, getting rid of the stains from polish and wax is done with the above products (oils and peanut butter). This is your long term solution, until you get polish on them again.
Cleans the issues and contaminants out of the plastics, that causes the discolouration. The products suggested in this thread are purely protectants that go on top of a clean surface. These will only mask the problem for a couple of weeks/washes.
Mine was the same lad, don't worry about it. It's just light getting out due to badly fitting parts. Standard for a Renault TBH. When you're driving, you won't be able to detect it, it is so slight.
Born slippy is too pricey. Get Megs last touch no:16
Waffle weave drying towels I don't like either. Prefer the Uber Drying towel for a couple of quid more.
The crystal stuff I don't know about. But presume it's either a wax or a sealent. Not my choice, would go for Chem Guys Blitz Sealent...
Not saying you did, but agree on the attitude.
I know this sounds funny, but I went in suited and booted, had a nice chat with him about products as well hinting at buying stuff and then mentioned that I used the phone for work and was worried that the crack might affect it's abilities...
Ahh, fussiness is good. I like fussiness. Had got to a point where I didn't want to spend any more money on it. If I had, I would have shoved a 2.0 in it and tracked it!!
