Process would be snow foam, wash, clay, wash, dry, two stage polish dependant on paint condition, then sealed ready for waxing. If the car does not need claying this will be taken out of the equation.

Paint work for that size of car will cost you 125 from me. But you are easily 25 quids worth of petroleum away from me! This however is not a full detail.

These aren't bad, but you cannot adjust the mix rate. You get what you pay for at the end of the day.

Old clay can be used for windows and wheels if it is too dirty for paintwork. These must obviously be kept separate.

A car shampoo that strips wax deliberately. What ever next??? Some products do as they are alkali or acidic, but most shampoos are designed to be wax safe. If they weren't you would have to rewax your car every time you washed it. Now I have OCD, but even I couldn't be arsed to do that!!

IIRC it is to make sure that that item has been checked by renault. Most of my engine bay has blue markings on major parts.

Doing it by hand you are not going to achieve that level of correction fella. But there are some decent polishes that can get a good result. RussZS on here is your best bet for hand stuff as he knows more than I do! Think it was finished with Chem Guys Blitz spray and P21s as a wax, can't...
