Mine are currently being fitted at Birchdown and being setup by Demon Tweaks, will PM you with some more info once I have driven her home this afternoon.
There have been a couple of group buys for the AST top mounts. However, currently KAM racing are struggling to get hold of them (not by any fault of their own).
Best emailing them on here or on the site, see where they are up to, and taking it from there.

Re adjustment, I would presume you need C Spanners as with most other makes of Coilover.
Thus;
There should be one or two of these and will allow you to rotate the ring at the bottom of the spring;
Forget the yellow pointer/circle, copied from Google, its the red adjuster on...
Pretty extensive, adjusted mine quite substantially after having a bump (new ones seemed to be positioned really high!) and lowering the car.

SRP by hand is great but won't get rid of the swirls, hence using the machine polisher.
Since you have one, get some Poorboys SSRs/Menzerna Intensive Polish/Megs 83/80/ 3M polishes. It is down to personal taste in all honesty!
What machine polisher do you own?
Hi Luke, just a quick one, have done a quick wizz through it and can't see if you have mentioned whether the CD player comes with the car or not? Minor point, but might be worth an edit :)

If you want them all removing find someone with a machine polisher.
If you don't want to pay to have it done, try Auto Glym Super Resin Polish (SRP).
Machine polishing is the only way to get it looking spot on.
