if the crank pulleys worked loose hopefully its just dropped the timing and the cranks spinning and the belt isn't so engine with any luck will be okay however, I would agree with the above and give Mick at Diamond a call and get towed to him

Mine seem to be not working I need to get this straight in my head too, if the auto lights are on, the auto wipers are also on and will work when the stalk is set to first click ('intermittent') and look after themselves if I turn off the auto lights, this turns off the auto wipers and means...

lol! I've owned phase 1 172 and 182FF and they both appealed to me, the 'normal' 172 phase 2 doesn't appeal in anyway to me at all for some reason, probably a colour thing as I have no interest in black or silver 182's either really. the phase 1's just look better in any colour and mk1's look...
