in the standard 18-55mm packages aswell the d60 comes in at 380 odd over 250 for the d40 but with the 60 you get the VR lens aswell, so am thinking i can afford the extra 130 quid for a decent setup thats a bit more future proof maybe?

oh and wheres the best place to buy new?

lol, not highest prioroty either mate, the cars setup mainly for fast road use, it just took well to the strip. its on coilovers, poly bushes,lightweight wheels, semi slicks caged, stripped, bucket seat, poly windows, 4 pot calipers etc etc, slings itself round the twisties pretty well to boot!hehe!
