This scams been operating for years now. No phone number, just an email addy, email it up & see what they say. I bet the cars now in spain or outer mongoloia, but you can wire the monies to them etc. Same scam different day. People fall for it, hence they keep doing it.

Sort of true. They measure it by how far they are down the windscreen wipers, years ago people were fitting smaller wipers to get round it lol . As said though, unless the car is dutty's leave it alone.
